Nova Post launches fulfilment in Poland — Ukrainian businesses now find it even easier to enter EU markets

Nova Post is expanding its presence in Europe — a new fulfilment centre for e-commerce has been launched in Poland, allowing businesses to focus on product development, marketing and customer service, while Nova Post takes care of all warehousing and logistics processes.

The company's fulfilment centre is located in Warsaw and has an area of 400 m².

It provides a full range of services:

  • storage of goods,
  • processing, picking and packing of orders,
  • labelling, palletising,
  • loading and unloading,
  • delivery to the end consumer.

In addition, the company has opened its own customs warehouse in Poland. This will allow Ukrainian businesses to store goods at Nova Post's warehouse in Warsaw without customs clearance for up to 90 days. Goods will only go through customs clearance after receiving an order from the actual buyer.

Nova Post's fulfilment services are suitable for companies that ship within Europe as well as those that deliver orders from Ukraine to Europe. The company provides customs clearance, prepares all documents and organises delivery to any country where it operates, such as Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and others.

The same model works in reverse: European e-commerce companies planning to enter the Ukrainian market can use Nova Post's fulfilment services — the company will deliver orders to end consumers in Ukraine.

In parallel with its development in Europe, Nova Post is actively developing its fulfilment infrastructure in Ukraine. The company's warehouses operate in Kyiv, Lviv and Rivne.
