Nova Post has launched mini-branches in residential complexes
A new format of Nova Post branches has appeared in residential complexes. Now you can send and receive parcels weighing up to 10 kg even closer and more conveniently.

The first branches of the new format are already successfully operating in Teremky on the right bank of Kyiv — in the residential complexes ParkLand, 4 Seasons, LIKO-GRAD Perfect Town and New England.
Each mini-branch can process up to 12,000 parcels per month. Thanks to the small space required to open a branch (up to 45 square metres), the network can be expanded more quickly and flexibly.
For the convenience of customers, each service point is equipped with a fitting room. The new format of branches is also planned to be equipped with self-service terminals. Our small-sized transport ensures unhindered delivery of parcels in residential complexes where truck traffic is restricted.
The company will expand the network of new format branches in Kyiv, and then in other cities with a population of over one million.
By the end of June, Nova Post plans to open three more mini-branches on the left bank of the capital — in the Comfort Town residential complex.
