How to ship cargo from Ukraine

    Fill out and sign the APPLICATION FOR ACCESSION to the Agreement on accession for the provision of expedited delivery services for international express shipments (apply an electronic digital signature and send it to VCHASNO or sign it physically and send a scanned copy to the manager at [email protected]).

    Obtain accreditation at customs.

    Register in the business account as a legal entity or perform ARI integration.

    Select the method of customs clearance: with the help of a Nova Post broker, according to the register (for shipments worth up to 1000 euros) without filing an export declaration, independently, through the involvement of a third-party customs broker.

    Familiarise yourself with the list of goods permitted for transport and tariffs. Goods subject to restrictions may be transported subject to certain regulatory requirements and the availability of the necessary shipping documents. If you are unsure about the contents of the shipment, ask a Nova Post manager or leave a request on the website.

    Fill out an application for international express delivery (in your business account, through the API or by submitting a request to the manager). Wait for a notification of verification (approval) of the shipment. Print out the transport documents.

    Hand over the shipment to a Nova Post branch or courier.

    Notify the recipient of the shipment and provide them with the documents required for customs clearance in the country of destination.

How to receive a shipment in Ukraine

    Check that the contents of the cargo are allowed to be transported.

The legislation of the country where the customs clearance of the cargo takes place may establish a ban on the import or export of certain products.

If you are not sure about the contents of the shipment, ask the Nova Post manager a question or leave a request on the website.

    Ensure that the sender has properly prepared the accompanying documents:
    • foreign economic contract
    • invoice
    • packing list
    • other documents required for your goods.
      For example, quality certificate, certificate of origin, conclusion on confirming the HS Product Code of the Harmonised System of the Description and Codes of Goods, description of technical characteristics with details of qualitative and quantitative characteristics and scope of application, etc.

Information about additional documents will be provided by the operator. You can also ask your personal manager a question.

    Inform the sender that the shipment will be picked up by a representative of Nova Post or a partner company.
  2. 4
    Get an invoice and pay for international delivery and additional services.

    If customs clearance is required, representatives of the brokerage department will contact you.

    Receive a shipment.
