Preparation and transportation stages
Stage 1. Legal framework, useful links, and resources
Art objects being transported abroad must meet certain requirements:
- Exporting cultural property requires a special permit from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. Details about applying and the list of documents to be considered are available at the link.
- Details about customs clearance forms and procedures are available on the website of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Attention! Be sure to study all the documents required for the departure and return of the exhibition to Ukraine in advance to avoid problems during transportation. The list of documents required for exporting cultural property, exhibitions, and expositions may change, so we encourage you to consult with Nova Post specialists before applying for transportation.
The paperwork may take a while, so it's important to start 30-45 days before transportation.
